Troubleshooting your Account Settings

How to Delete your LifeAt Account

Go to
Click on profile icon in the top right corner

Click on “My account”
Scroll to the bottom of the menu and click on “Delete Account”

Changing your Display Name

Navigate to your account settings by clicking on the main dropdown menu in the top right of the application, and selecting “My Account”

In the account settings modal, there is a field for your “Name”. This is what other users will see when they join your LifeAt Room, or if you join public rooms.

After editing the field, click save and you’re done!

I'd like to change my account email

If you need to switch your email and have a subscription tied to the email, you will need to create a new LifeAt account. Please cancel your current subscription of your old email and delete your old LifeAt account.

You will then sign up for a new account and repurchase a new subscription. If you have a discount, please reach out to once you created a new account and we can help.

I forgot my password, or would like to change it

In the same log in & signup popup, enter your email address
Click "next"
Select the "Trouble signing in?" blue link located below the password input
Check your email for a link to reset your password (Be sure to check your spam folder if not found)

Make sure you are entering the correct email that you used when you registered for the account
Check your email’s Spam folder
If you still have not received a verification link via email, reach out to the support team on Discord or by email.
