Billing Information

Does LifeAt support other payment methods besides credit or debit cards?


LifeAt accepts a variety of payment methods using Stripe.
We support: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB payments from customers worldwide.
Google Pay and Apple Pay are also accepted where available.

What currency are LifeAt's prices listed in?



All of our prices are listed in USD. Any additional charges, such as fees, taxes, exchange rates, etc. are included in our prices. You will not be charged more than the listed rates. Our payments are powered securely by Stripe.

Where can I view my invoice?



You can also access your payment history from your Billing Settings. Go to the Account Modal by clicking “My account” in the main dropdown menu. Then, select Manage Subscription to be redirected to Stripe, where you can view your Invoice History.

Make changes at any time to your subscription by selecting Subscription Settings.



How do I request a refund?


We do not offer refunds for any of our plans, unless you are upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual plan. Let us know if you have questions.

How can I reach you if there is a problem with my account?



Your business is really important to us. Please email contact@lifeat.io for options on how to quickly get in touch.
If you are a Pro user, you will have an invite link to join our Pro Users and Priority Support Slack community.

How does LifeAt handle my payment?


We use Stripe to handle all payments and processing.
When administrative employees are responding to your support requests, they may view payment information in our system. Your data and information will never leave our system and will not be stored anywhere outside of the LifeAt system.
